- Each diary is handmade with care. As a result, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each product.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in INR and may be updated without prior notice.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping provider and location; delays are beyond the seller’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may cause delays or non-delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of the products, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged in transit.
In the case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Care Instructions To ensure longevity, please handle your handmade diary with care and avoid exposure to excessive moisture, sunlight, or heavy pressure. We have taken special care to make it water proof. In case of contact with water, wipe immediately.
